The AKIVI app is intended for all students of medicine, midwifery, physiotherapy, nursing and orthotics/prosthetics. Specific learning paths are available for each of them. Students of sports science, osteopaths and athletes will also love the app.
There are four major times when you can use AKIVI:
– When preparing for your healthcare studies (the progressive nature of the learning experience allows you to start learning with guidance from your teachers).
– When preparing for competitive exams. A practice and mock exam section provides access to thousands of quizzes and past papers with answers and explanations.
– During your initial education.
– During your continuing education. With AKIVI in your pocket, you can review the essentials on a daily basis.
Of course you will! The content is adapted to each subject and medical specialty. Subscriptions are also flexible: you can choose to subscribe for 1 month, 6 months or 12 months. To view subscription rates, click the “Download” button, or scroll to the next question!
Yes, in part! It took us many years to develop AKIVI. The application also requires considerable IT and human resources. Since September 2023, however, the AKIVI app has been available in a Freemium version. This means that part of its text, photo and video content is now available to a wide audience. To use AKIVI free of charge, all you need is an email address and a password. You can read more about this in the “Free AKIVI Anatomy App” article in our Blog section… In addition to the Freemium version, AKIVI also offers a Premium version. Three subscription options are available: 1 month at $18.49, 6 months at $44.99 or 12 months at $59.99. All prices include VAT.
AKIVI offers a free version (the Freemium model). To try it out, simply enter your email address. This free version provides access to a limited version of the application. If you want to access the full range of content, you will need to purchase a paid subscription and provide your bank details. No further purchase will be required. When you subscribe, your subscription fee will be charged. You will then be able to use the application for the chosen duration. At the end of the subscription period, your subscription fee will be automatically charged again. If you would like to end your subscription, make sure you cancel the service. Your course progress will be saved and available for future subscriptions.
The two accounts are fully synchronized, and all your progress is saved. You can start a lesson on your smartphone or tablet and finish it on your computer. And vice versa.
Yes, you can connect two devices / screens simultaneously – whether it’s your tablet, your smartphone (iOS / Android) or your computer.
No, your session is personal and cannot be shared or pooled. Your personalized path and progress are saved as you go along
